C130's in Action

Here are pictures of the C-130 airplanes from Cheyenne's 153rd Airlift Wing (Air National Guard).  The C-130 can carry 96 people in seats, or 47 sick/injured in litters, or many different types of cargo.  It can also be outfitted with a Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System (MAFFS).  It has very powerful engines and can take off and land on very short runways.
