Wyoming STARBASE Foundation is a non profit, 501(c)3 organization that has the goal of raising funds and other types of support to supplement the funding provided by the Federal Government to operate Wyoming STARBASE Academy.
The Board of Directors of Wyoming STARBASE Foundation is made up of the following volunteers;

Vice President, Mrs. Karen Brooks-Lyons, principal, Laramie
County School District #1

Mrs. Wynema Thompson, CPA in private practice, Pine Bluffs
