Astronaut Speaks at STARBASE Graduation

On November 15, 2008, former Astronaut, Dr. Ronald Sega, visited Cheyenne and spoke to students at Johnson Junior High and Hobbs Elementary.  The four fifth grade classes from Hobbs were graduating on their fourth day at STARBASE.  They got the most exciting graduation speaker of the year.  Besides speaking at Graduation, Dr. Sega spent about 45 minutes showing the students pictures from his two missions in Space.  It was a really exciting presentation.
