Call Sign:  Bluebird (aka Peggy Nicholls)

Bluebird, our Deputy Director, has been associated with the Wyoming STARBASE Academy since its beginning. She brought her fifth grade class from Fairview to the first year of operation. Her teaching assignment changed for the next two years but she returned with her classes from Arp in 1997 until she retired from teaching in 2001. Then Bluebird was called back into action in the Fall of 2002 as the 4th teacher for the Day 2’s and as Wyoming STARBASE's Super Substitute. In 2005 she became a full time instructor at Wyoming STARBASE and the Deputy Director. With a smile on her face, she states that she has been with Wyoming STARBASE in some form 14 of the 17 years of its existence! She looks forward to more fun and exciting learning that keeps coming with the ever changing curriculum!
